Terms of use

These terms govern use of LeadPantry’s US marketplace. Businesses fund a wallet, publish requests, negotiate a lead price inside the overlap of buyer max and expert range, and pay only on approved leads. Experts publish offers, sign the campaign packet, and receive net after the platform cut (default 12%, Super Admin adjustable). The cut is not taken on deposits.

Money

Deposits are made through Stripe Checkout. Withdrawals refund available balance to the original payment method. Expert payouts go through Stripe Connect once the expert completes onboarding. Already-billed leads are handled through dispute (refund + make-good), not withdrawal. Minimum wallet to publish a request or start chat is set by Super Admin (default $500).

Campaigns

Once a campaign is pending acknowledgement or active it cannot be edited except operational fields. Chat opens only after the campaign is active. Geography is the United States only. Public registration may be closed by Super Admin during invited dry-run.
